Girl, 24, type I diabetes.

Intoxicated, vomiting, tachycardic (108 beats per minute).

Glucose 9,1 mmol/L; Na, K, Cl, urea, creatinine – normal. pH – 7,22, HCO3 – 10. Ketones in the urine.

Damn, it is.
